paul was brilliant spot on traded in my bmw for a zx10r great communication and help recommended compared to some of the dealers ive bought from
i live in n.ireland and when my benelli tornado developed a fault and my dealer couldnt get to the bottom of it, russ was on the phone to me to diagonise the cause and he was spot on , very helpful and always has time to help with the brand and answer your queries without sounding like its a chore , and you feel he has the future of benelli close to his heart .
There was a young man called Russ,
who fettled away in the bush,
he took the shocker to bits,
and changed all the sh*tty bits,
and made my Tornado run properly again !
Wonderful to deal with a down to earth bunch of guys who take the time and trouble to help AND provide us with free coffees, (no muffins though !)
And a Big thank you to Russ & Keith for the job they did on my bike,
Bought my tornado from Bennets last year and since then had a couple of services done, the quality of work and the friendliness of russ, matt and the team is second to none, absolutely superb and the bike is running like a dream, many thanks to all, ron daly

never met Russ or his team, but when I phoned him for advice on more than one occasion, he took the time to talk to me and was very helpful indeed.
His knowledge is second to none(bar, Errol in Australia) about the Benelli bikes, thanks very much, Steve.
I wish I'd bought my Tornado from Bennetts - as it is I found all the good reviews on the forum and sent it to Bennetts to make sure the necessary updates had infact been done. The bike has returned with a smoothness which replaced the previous hunting and snatching - wrong map(!) and no vibration - which was I assume the Z25 washer issue. Add in the safe handling by their recommended carrier Lee Costello and I think you can understand why I am delighted to record this testemonial.
