I must say after a long jaunt up the M1 to find a very obliging and helpful welcome. I knew I had made the right decision to bring my MV F4 1078 to some where that knows what they are doing. To have the bike attended to while I waited was great and in super quick time. I just wish you were on my door step!!

As a 60 something i went into the shop today to see about restarting my bike riding after 35 years i found Paul very helpful he showed me a few bikes and gave some good advice am now waiting for him to phone when new stock arrives

I just bought a new Benelli Tornado from Bennetts. Although I live 200 miles away it was worth the effort as both Russell Bennett , Matthew and Claire were very friendly and helpful.

The bike is wonderful and Russell should consider opening another Benelli delership in the South with same friendly and effficient service.

A good deal on the new bike, a fair deal on the part exchange of my old bike and looking forward to a heppy relationship with Nelli!

I used Bennetts of Barnsley in the 1980s when his father Paul was at the forefront of the service. In those days, I believe a chap called Tyas was a mechanic there. I had my C70 purchased and serviced there for years. I now have a Kawasaki ZX-9 and an Honda Africa Twin, both of which are serviced and maintained to 100% perfection by Bennetts of Barnsley.

Prior to buying my first Tornado Tre privately I phoned Bennetts, who had originally sold it, and spoke to Russ. He spared the time to go through his records and give its former owner and service history.

Later, after buying that bike, I asked a local NW dealer to re-map the fuelling for a Benelli race can. Faced with "can you leave it with us for 3 days" !!! I rang Russ and called over on a ride out... 20mins later, job done!

Ive always been somewhat suspicious of dealer servicing, but his personal touches such as a digi photo diary of the service (on a CD), give a lot of customer confidence.

Have been so impressed I swapped Tre for an LE with his last year, and continue to have it serviced there. Keep up the good work!

i live in n.ireland and when my benelli tornado developed a fault and my dealer couldnt get to the bottom of it, russ was on the phone to me to diagonise the cause and he was spot on , very helpful and always has time to help with the brand and answer your queries without sounding like its a chore , and you feel he has the future of benelli close to his heart .

There was a young man called Russ,

who fettled away in the bush,

he took the shocker to bits,

and changed all the sh*tty bits,

and made my Tornado run properly again !

Wonderful to deal with a down to earth bunch of guys who take the time and trouble to help AND provide us with free coffees, (no muffins though !)

And a Big thank you to Russ & Keith for the job they did on my bike,
